Chevrolet has released the first teaser video of the upcoming C8 Corvette Z06.
The video does not feature the car itself, but it gives you a taste of what life would be like behind the wheel of the new Z06, especially when it comes to the aural experience.

The upcoming Z06 will be powered by a naturally-aspirated 5.5-liter V8 engine. It is equipped with a flat-plane crank and revs to around 9000 rpm. The overall output of this motor will be upwards of 600 hp.
The C8 Corvette Z06 will feature a few changes on the chassis side as well. The car is expected to get a wider track and a more aggressive aerodynamic package. It could also get an upgraded exhaust.
