Three guys from Motor Trend and one Irvine runway. Oh, and three of the most powerful Dodge cars for company. What could possibly be on the menu? As expected they start off with the most popular American pass time- burnouts. There’s also a dog involved in the spanking of three Dodge supercars.
Both the Challenger and Charger Hellcat come with automatic transmission. However, the 707 hp supercharged Mopar V8 is enough to deliver “the force” to break traction. So, as two of them smoke away, Carlos Lago was expected to have a tough time managing the 645 hp V10 powered Viper with a manual transmission. But, the bright chap has trick up his sleeves.
Then there’s more. A race with all tires lit up- now that’s not done before. Third up is powerslides. Sounds easy and looks easy when you watch Jeremy Clarkson go around “Hammerhead” sideways, but these guys are having some tough time.
