A Toyota GR Supra should be no match for the BMW M4. But, a tuned one like this might give the fast bimmer a tough fight.
This Supra has been modified by the guys at Evolve. The car has been given a new ECU tune, a carbon fiber Eventuri air intake, downpipes as well as a Supersprint exhaust and downpipes. The result is 440 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque from the turbocharged 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder engine. In comparison, a stock Supra makes 340 hp and 369 lb-ft.
It is going up against a stock BMW M4, which has a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged 6-cylinder motor that pumps out 431 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque. Moreover, both cars have a similar output. Except that the tuned Supra has almost 100 lb-ft more than the BMW. Both car have launch control, but unlike the dual-clutch transmission in the M4, the Supra has to make do with a single-clutch unit.

Writer is an idiot. “Eventuri air intake downpipes” HUH? There are no “downpipes” on the air intake, WTF are you talking about?
Hi Rickybobby
Thanks for pointing out the typo.
