One of the stars of the 2014 Paris Motor Show will be the Ferrari 458 Speciale Spider. We are waiting to hear more about the convertible/spider version of the awesome Ferrari 458 Speciale which is set to debut next month. Today, an image of the upcoming Ferrari 458 Speciale Spider was leaked on to the internet and thanks to 4WheelsNews we can bring you the exclusive first images of the upcoming supercar.

Apparently, the images are from an internal Ferrari configurator. The website also reports that the new Speciale Spider will be called the Ferrari 458 VS Spider instead. Based on the Speciale, the VS Spider will use the same underpinnings as the hard top version. Like its twin, the Ferrari 458 Speciale Spider will also incorporate various aerodynamic upgrades including active vanes, etc.

It is clear from the image that the Ferrari 458 VS Spider will sport racing stripes, new alloy wheel design, seats, carbon parts, etc. Like the Ferrari F430 Scuderia 16M, this too will be built in limited numbers, perhaps just 458 examples would exist, making it rather exclusive.
