Season 3 of The Grand Tour will debut on Amazon Prime on January 18 and the first trailer has just been released. The teaser provides a wonderful glimpse at what the former Top Gear trio of Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond have been up to for the past year.
True to its name, ‘The Grand Tour’ will be making tours around the world with epic road trips and challenges, with loads of adventure and of course stupidity. The trio will be visiting countries such as China, Colombia, Mongolia, Sweden, and the US.
When it comes to performance cars, we can definitely expect to have some fun. Among the glimpses provided in the teaser, we can see the trio driving a Challenger SRT Demon, Hennessey Exorcist Camaro, and Ford Mustang RTR around Detroit’s historic Packard Plant. Clarkson will be racing a Lamborghini Urus against a Porsche 911 Turbo S on an inappropriately shaped snow track. We will also get a taste of the extreme McLaren Senna.
We still don’t know how many episodes the upcoming series will include. In any case, we will be glued to our screens watching the trio having fun come January 18, 2019.
