Gordon Murray Automotive has announced the date for the official reveal of the T.33 supercar. The brand’s second model will debut on January 27, 2022.
The GMA T.33 supercar will be manufactured at the company’s new global HQ in Surrey, UK. Dubbed as the ‘ultimate Supercar GT’, the T.33 will be based on a new lightweight carbon monocoque. Unlike the T.50 the new model will be set up for comfort. It will also drop the three-seat layout for a more conventional 2-seat configuration.
The GMA T.33 is expected to be powered by a toned-down version of the T.50’s naturally aspirated V12 engine. This motor puts out 654 hp @ 11,500 rpm and 344 lb-ft @ 9,000 rpm. The engine could be paired with a manual transmission.
The GMA T.33 is likely to cost around £1 million. Production could be limited to around 100 units.
