The Rimac C_Two is not your everyday electric car. With over 1900 hp, this Croatian hypercar is capable of accelerating from 0-60 mph in 1.85 seconds. Only a few will ever get to experience its brutal performance as just 150 units will be built. For the rest of us, it’s videos like these that provide a sense of how it might feel to ride along in a C_Two.
In a recent video, the company’s founder, Mate Rimac, took the car out for a spin. He pulls over on the side of an open highway and smashes the throttle. You can hear the tires complaining as the immense torque from the electric motors is shuffled around.
Once the tires hook up, the car just rockets to 60 mph in 2.39 seconds – a tad slower than the claimed figure. 130 mph comes up in 6.03 seconds and the C_Two reached the quarter-mile in 8.99 seconds @ 154.52 mph.
