Ken Block is back with the latest installment of “how to destroy your tires”. That’s correct, Gymkhana 7 has hit the internet and like every other edition from the past, this too involves a lot of tire smoke, mega drifts, cops and closed roads.
Block drives a custom Ford Mustang in his latest video, dubbed Hoonicorn_RTR. Built by Vaughn Gittin Jr., the car sports a classic Mustang body shell and underpinnings from a modern all-wheel drive car. The engine is a 6.7-liter Roush Yates V8 that puts out 845 hp! Full roll cage, racing seat, harness, gauge cluster and sequential six-speed transmission is what I would notice amidst the loud fury of the engine and the adrenaline-packed action sequences.
