A couple of days ago, Koenigsegg and Polestar shared images of the Gemera hypercar and Precept Concept on Instagram.
Koenigsegg’s post said, “Something exciting coming soon. Stay tuned.”

Polestar posted, “Something interesting is happening on the west coast of Sweden. Stay tuned.”

As you can see, the posts of both Swedish brands are pretty vague, which leaves a lot of room for speculation. The most popular theory is that Koenigsegg and Polestar could announce a technical partnership.
Perhaps, we could see Polestar’s electric technology in the Gemera or may be, both brands are working together on an electric crossover. We don’t know for sure.
Now, we did reach out to our sources close to Koenigsegg to see if they could tell shed some light on this. We’ve been told that Koenigsegg and Polestar will be making an announcement on June 25, 2020. A source also told us that a promotional video has already been shot, which might be released on the same day.
