The Lamborghini SCV12 track-only hypercar is likely to make its world debut on July 29, 2020.
The limited edition SCV12 was developed by Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse racing division. It is powered by a naturally aspirated V12 engine. All of the 819 hp are sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed gearbox.
The SCV12’s suspension and aerodynamics were inspired by racing prototypes. Well, looking at the car, it becomes quite obvious that this is no ordinary supercar. It appears to be based on the Aventador. But, the similarities seem to end there. The SCV12 has a carbon chassis with a wide bodykit, large rear spoiler and a massive diffuser.
Lamborghini is believed to be building a few dozen SCV12s for their most special clients.
