Ferrari took the wraps off the Daytona SP3 just a couple of days back, and the configurator is already live. So, without wasting any more time, we headed straight to Ferrari’s official website to create our dream spec.
As you know, the Daytona SP3 is a homage to race cars like the 330 P3/4, 330 P4 and 412 P. So, we thought we’d go with Blu Swaters from the classic color palette for the exterior. To spice it up a bit, we’ve chosen a Nero livery and a black roof.
The wheels on our car are the 20-inch forged diamond rims. We think the yellow brake calipers go well with the matching centre caps and the Ferrari shield on the side. Gloss carbon exterior bits come as standard, but the black ceramic coated exhaust tips are optional.
Keeping with the classic theme, our car has a Terra Bruciata leather interior with a matching dashboard and steering wheel. We’ve chosen yellow 4-point harnesses for a proper race car feel.
The new supercar in the Icona series is powered by a heavily modified 6.5-liter V12 engine that powers the 812 Competizione. It produces 850 hp and is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
