Manny Khoshbin owns not just 1-2, but eight Mercedes SLRs. Now, one of them has been transformed into a bespoke one-off by McLaren Special Operations (MSO). It’s called the SLR Heritage Edition and it will soon be delivered to Manny garage.
The supercar collector has just shared images of the one-off Heritage Edition on social media. On the outside, the car looks similar to the standard Mercedes SLR, except for a few fine details. It has subtle louvres on the front fenders and polished 5-spoke wheels by MSO. It also has a unique rear spoiler with blue highlights. Matching blue details have been added to the engine bay.
The interior of the car is trimmed in blue leather upholstery, while white leather has been used for the steering wheel and gear lever. The seats have a nice, multi-colored pattern with the ‘Heritage Edition 1 of 1’ badge.
According to MSO, the bespoke aero parts bring a sharper track focus to the car’s handling. Although, we are not sure if the car features any mechanical updates. Under the hood is a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 that develops 617 hp @ 6500 rpm and 575 lb-ft @ 3250-5000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission.
