Mercedes-AMG GT 73 is the hot new AMG that’s coming out in 2020.
Mercedes-Benz has released a compilation video that gives a sneak peek in to what’s planned for the upcoming year. One of the cars that is likely to be revealed in 2020 is the AMG GT 73.
The AMG GT 73 is believed to be the hottest of the GT line up. A prototype of the car pops-up around 2 min 15 seconds into the video. While it is partially covered in camouflage, it doesn’t look any different than a regular AMG GT. There are quad exhausts and the fact that the spoiler is deployed suggests that the car might be in its sportiest setting.

The AMG GT 73 is expected to be positioned above the AMG GT 63 S. It is likely to use a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8. Additionally, it will have an electric motor mounted on the rear axle, which will be powered using a battery pack. The combined output is rumored to be around 800 hp, which is expected to be delivered to all four wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission.
It is being speculated that Mercedes might unveil the hot new AMG at the 2020 Geneva Motor Show.
