Monster Energy has released an action-packed BATTLEDRIFT video featuring Vaughn Gittin Jr. in his 2016 Ford Mustang RTR and Daigo Saito in a Lamborghini Murcielago drift supercar.
The duo head out to Niigata, Japan in their purpose built drift machines to burn some rubber. Vaughn’s newest drift car is the Monster Energy Mustang RTR with 550 hp 5.0-liter V8. Daigo’s 650 hp Lamborghini has been converted to rear-wheel drive for good reason as up ahead lies a classic touge course up to the abandoned Niigata Russian village.

Liberty Walk also get a mention in the video as they along with Phat Five Raving have been responsible for creating Daigo’s awesome Lamborghini drift supercar. After sliding around the touge, the duo settle in for an evening party Monster Energy style.
