Novitec has introduced a performance tuning kit for the McLaren Senna. The most powerful stage 3 kit boosts the car’s output by over 100 hp.
The stock McLaren Senna is powered by a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 that delivers 800 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. Novitec has tweaked the mapping for the injection and ignition and has also modified the electronic boost pressure control. As a result, the engine now makes 902 hp @ 7200 rpm and 655 lb-ft @ 6300 rpm.
Novitec claims that with this upgrade, the Senna clocks 0-62 mph in 2.7 seconds. 124 mph comes up in just 6.5 seconds, while the top speed is 208 mph.
Also on offer is the Novitec RACE GTR inconel exhaust. The high-performance exhaust can be ordered separately without the engine tuning. Besides this, the company has collaborated with Vossen wheels to develop new centre-lock wheels for the Senna. The wheels are shod with 255/30 ZR20 front and 325/25 ZR21 rear Pirelli P-Zeros.
What’s more, Novitec’s engine and exhaust upgrades are also available for the Senna GTR.
