The McLaren 720S is a beast and it has proved this enough times already. Brooks from the Dragtimes Youtube channel owns one and has raced his 720S against a wide variety of supercars and bikes this year. This is a compilation of all the races.
The video shows the 720S racing a total of 30 cars over a 1/2 mile, 1/4 mile and more. Competitors included Dodge Demons both in stock and modded forms, Ferrari 812 Superfast, F12 Berlinetta, 488 GTB, Corvette ZR1, 911 Turbo S, a number of modded Nissan GTRs, a 1000 hp Ford GT, Porsche 918 Spyder, McLaren 650S, stock and modded Huracans, Huracan Performante, a BMW S1000RR superbike and a couple of Tesla Model S P100Ds.
Now, what do you think was the win/loss ratio for the car. Just looking at the list of cars, we would have said 30/30 – as Brooks explains “you cannot go to a dealer and buy a stock production car that can outrun the McLaren 720S for under $2-3 million.”
There are a number of heavily modded cars the 720s races in the video. If you can get the win/loss number right, you can even win a dragy GPS based performance meter.
