The BMW M8 Gran Coupe First Edition is an exclusive version of the four-door performance sedan. Only 8 examples were built. Sadly, someone has crashed one these special cars which means there are only seven of these out on the road right now.
Pictures of the crashed M8 Gran Coupe have been posted on the BMW M Competition Facebook page. The car has sustained heavy damage on the front right hand side corner. The car definitely suffered a heavy impact which was enough to destroy the dual-tone wheel. It might also need some suspension work and a new set of brake rotors.
The First Edition M8 Gran Coupes are finished in a Aurora Diamond Green Metallic paint with gold bronze accents. It is inspired by the 2018 Concept M8 Gran Coupe which was finished in the same spec.
The car is powered by a 4.4-liter, twin-turbo V8 that produces 617 hp @ 6000 rpm and 553 lb-ft @ 1800-5860 rpm. The motor is hooked up to an 8-speed automatic transmission, which sends power to all four wheels. This car 4-door sedan will do 0-62 mph in 3.2 seconds!
