The Porsche 911 range comes with normal xenon lights as standard. However, more modern LED lights are offered as an option. So, how do the optional $2000 headlights compare with conventional xenon bulbs?
Nick Murray set out to find out. He setup an experiment to test LED vs Xenon headlights on a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. For this, he borrowed his friends car which has the LED option and then compared the two with a VW Golf with normal halogen lights.
The outcome of the experiment was predictable however, I’m sure you would like to know luminosity of each of them and how each lighting system affects visibility in the real world. Watch the video below and let us know if you think LEDs are worth the extra $2000.
